Bulk Meat

Buying a whole, half or quarter of beef or lamb can be a great savings over individual cuts.  A whole, half, and quarter will include steaks, roasts, and cuts good for stew.  The more you use (bone in cuts, stew meat from scraps) the better value it is.  The tail, tongue, liver, heart are always tender useful cuts often discarded which can make your purchase an even better value.  Dogs and cats love liver!  If you only want ground beef then this is not the way to go.
To reserve your share of a beef or lamb a non-refundable deposit that is deducted from your total cost is required.
